To be hired as a logistics manager, the candidate needs to be familiar with the industry and ideally, have experience working as a logistics specialist. Logistics managers need to oversee the financial transactions involved in logistics, manage the logistics staff, and plan and manage the storage and distribution of goods within their organization.
